Fine, he has one of those colds where all the mucus goes down the throat and it clogged his ear, so hence the pain. Now he's fine. Had to go buy a humidifier, man they are expensive.

As a mother i learned first hand the power of touch, when Jacob was an infant when he would wake up crying, all i had to do was put my hand on his cheek and he would quite crying and go right back to sleep.

and now if he's upset about something the first thing he wants is for mamma to hold him.

touch is a powerful thing when it comes to comforting someone, i guess it's a need for human contact!
