I have nine mixed breed dogs, three purebred dogs, three cats, a white tabby/Siamese, a tortoiseshell and a Himalayan. I also have about four Sea Monkeys. (Brine Shrimp)
When I grow up I want to be a published writer, someone's lover, someone's best friend, and worldly and content with my lot in life. Or at least to still be cool.
I think you could just take off but I know you'd be back.

Not without looking it up. As a noun it mean reverence and/or honor. As an interjection it means hello or goodbye.

I dated an 18 year old when I was 33, thinking I could make it work. I'd go into why that was dumb but I don't want to totally embarrass myself here.
Most of the dumb things I've done though are just instances of me shooting off my opinionated mouth at the worst possible time.
My favorite cartoon character was Snoopy.

My mom's enchiladas will always be my favorite meal.
My first memory..I was a year old and had just had surgery for clubfoot. I had to wear a Denis Browne bar which is a pair of shoes attached to a steel bar and every week the doctor would turn the dials to rotate my feet outwards. It hurt like a mother. I remember kicking slats out of my crib because I wanted out of those shoes so badly. That and because I couldn't walk in the thing, I had to be carried around everywhere. So that's the earliest I can recall.
Vegas casinos...I am fond of The Excalibur because I like that cheesy pseudo-medieval stuff and I've made a lot of memories there but now I'd say either the Venetian for the fake Italy stuff or the Bellagio because it's so elegant.
My first official kiss I got when I was 16. But the first one that really counted was at 19.
I tell you, you have to keep a grip on that AF. I told her not to mess with us Sheryl. Shall we go get her??

Ok....I had my first date with this guy at 16 and in truth I only went out with him because I wanted to get the first date over with. I was afraid. I knew he liked me but I didn't really feel the same. He was a total loon the whole night and then when it came time for me to go in the house...he tried to kiss me and...he missed. How do you do that?! He finally got it right but the necessary feelings were not there. I didn't date anyone after that till I met my fiance at 19 and that one came about because we were talking about apple streudel (don't ask) and it was perfect. And I loved him and that's why that one counted. Or am I just weird?
