It's like a herbal liqiour. I know that by tradition in Germany, hunters carry it in hip flasks and drink it as a pick me up or a warming tot. It's basically similar to rocket fuel.

Don't mind anybody having a drink or two. I love my wine and drink it most days, but in moderation.

This will probably open a can of worms, but why is it so amusing to see (and hear) about binge drinking. It is not only a matter of being out of control and having a laugh, it is the disgusting things that come with it. Puking, weeing and probably a lot more. Somebody has to clear up that mess you have made !

I don't find it very amusing to see young ladies (and I use that term loosely), pissed out of their brains and behaving outrageously. It is disgusting and they have the nerve to complain about being raped. Simple, don't get legless in the first place !! Have they no pride !

I've a better idea, round up drunks at chucking out time, bung them all in the same cell and in the morning, let them clean up their own revolting mess.

We mollycoddle too much in this country.

Sound like this serbian stuff some mates love to drink its called Rakia??? When you drink it its like downing a bottle of paint stripper you cant talk for a few seconds and then boy does it give you a warm glow mate!!!! Sure puts a fire in the old belly he he

Well, how would I describe how it feels to drink Jaegermeister?:

Herbal , followed by a kick in the chest by a donkey. Yep, that sums it up....

I actually don't feel all that badly...It's amazing how when you mix liquor with beer, you don't feel nearly as bad as if you were to drink the liquor first!

Years ago, I used to drink for medicinal purposes only. I had to drink to steady my nerves, and many a night, I was so steady, I was stiff as a board! :wah: :p

So what's the strongest poison anybody out there downed? For myself it was Bicardi "151" rum. It was suprisingly rather mild going down, considering all that eventual damage it did to your head when you finally tried to stand up! :wah:

Following on my previous posting regarding binge drinking and in particular the ladette culture, on reading most of the posts, it seems most of you are pissheads and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Well this pisshead has gotten past the age of Ice 101. My body doesn't need the extra abuse any more.

What I did when I was young and had no responsibilites has no bearing on what I do now I'm older and have loads.



It's fun to share what we did in the past and I'm quite offended by the thought that I'm being judged now. The person I was twenty years ago is not the person I am now and that goes for everyone.



We're not all pissheads and binge drinkers some of us have huge pressures and to be able to relax once in a blue moon and have a few drinks is not the first step on the path to alcoholism or an indication of bad morals or whatever!

The strongest? Probably some of the stuff I used to make, followed by some

sort of rum from the 'states (or after-shave). I *think* the rum was 125 proof,

although what that is in terms of ABV I don't know (could be 62% if USA measure,

or 72% if British measure). That's discounting one-off jovial swigs of after-shave

after Rugger, etc.

the wearing of clothes at odds with their physique sounds a bit like me!! But I don't hardly drink, does that still qualify me to be a ladette??
