in reply to your pm earlier carol,

i spent a long while in hospital yesterday, having my illness explained to me.

apparantly producing very high calcium levels causes deep depression, something i didnt think possible......... and it would of helped if i was told that some time ago !!

it gets you to the state where you couldnt give a flying whatever if you talk to anyone or not.

i am guilty of lurking and i know i spend more time in the arcade that i should cos it ends up giving me a headache but while im there i forget what seems to me sometimes as insurmountable problems.

and believe me it dont always help to " share " them cos it just seems to me at the time to make it worse.

im sittin here now with tears pouring down me face.

i've posted on fg, a few times, and havnt been answered so in my "state " i take afront to it and think to hell with it and yes i know everyone cant answer everyone every time but i take it the wrong way and sulk a ruddy great kid

i've turned up for work 3 days running only to finally be told this morning we arnt opening at lunch times for the foreseeable future, this again has upset me, not only cos im losing money but its like to hell with her, why do we need to tell her anything !!

sorry for boring you all to death.Helen you are there all alone in a bedsit fgs.I know that Gill has tried so hard to be a good friend to you on here and away from the pc.Depression is one of the hardest things to deal with when it hits us and some of us just cant cope with it to well.You HAVE to remember though that we are your friends and by you turning away you are making yourself even lower than you aleady are. Ok its easy for me to say that as Im not in your position there but make no mistake about it I have walked in your shoes Helen so i do know what I am talking about.Gill I know is upset for you I know and like us all wished we lived closer.

I dont have any soothing words or a quick cure remedy...Have been through mild depression so I sorta know where your coming from. Just be you hun, if you want to sit in arcade and play games why not??? If you want to post post, lurking is good too...If peeps are friends with you, they wont go anywhere and will still stick around till you feel like talking. Esy for peeps to say, do this, do that but when its your life, follow your own feelings hun..

If you ever need to ofload some then pm one of us, or give us a sign in here that you need a shoulder, we have plenty you can lean on hun.

Internet and forums shouldnt feel pressured or a burden, if your feeling that, have a day off babes x

Best wishes and take care:-6Chez alot what you say is true but you have to remember that our Helens lives on her own in one room fgs and her life has been awful for her there at times.We are Helens friends and Im not talking just on this pc.Gill has spoken to her many times and I have in the past.When you live totally alone like that you need to be able to talk as talking things out....to hear someone say.....baby no matter what Im with you.......or you will always have me....is better than any tonic.Playing games is fun yes...gawd Im always doin g that lol......but you also need human contact to talk.I have known Helen awhile now and I know what she has been through in her life and some of it has been pure hell for her.Her life is so different now also to what it use to be and I hope Helen dont mind me saying that.We all need to be loved and our concern....our worry...is purely for a friend that seems so lost at the moment and we just want to help lead her back to her friends and to help her unburden her heavy heart.As the song goes.....Thats What Friends Are For;)x

Carol yes i did do my food shopping online and that was delivered this morning, other shopping is a bit more interesting:wah: Anyway i got some new wine glasses, and some new cups, and a small greenhouise thingy for me dad as it was on sale.

in other news, we are going to have a look at that dog tomorrow, only thing is her name is sheba, which im not that keen on and i dont think it suits a staffie

ahhh My mum loved the name Cheryl and couldnt wait to have a girl so she could get to use it. She hated anyone shortening my name or calling me sheryl lol, she used to get so defensive......My brothers always called me chiggs or chez, all through school till now im Chezzie or chez to all....Unless hubby is annoyed with me then I get CHERYL!! :wah::wah::wah:

they are hard boiled eggs, wrapped in sausage meat and dipped in egg and breadcrumbs then deep fryed for a few minits.

wally has had an upset stomach.

he sneaked into the kitchen downstairs and pinched several pork bones and i thought they'd got stuck in his insides but he seems ok now.

i know you have to watch for them being sick cos that means nothing is being digested but he hasnt been.
