I want to see both of these Movies as well. I have talked to people who have seem "I am Legend" and enjoyed it very much.

WITHOUT giving away anything (too late) I really recommend this movie. It will pull at your heart strings. I like to compare it to Cast Away meets Dawn of the Dead.

I really want to see it, but I don't like gore! Is it gorey?

I saw the book I am Legend in Barnes and Noble, was gonna buy it till I saw it was a comic book. :rolleyes:

I've watched it this afternoon...it's not as good as 28 days later or 28 weeks later, similar storyline though, just different cities. The bit with the dog is sad, the infected people are bitey and Will Smith looks very, very hot!!

If you watch the AD for it on TV you will know that the dog gets killed by him so that is no surprise.

read the book, jimbo, not the comic book version, i am sure you will enjoy it.I cant say how closely they they have stuck to the story in the book with the film version though, it might be different.

Saw it at the weekend - loved it!

More tension than gore, had me on the edge of my seat whimpering at one stage - I am such a wimp!!!

Go see it, it's worth every penny.

I went to see it. It was chair gripping good! Besides I like Will Smith.
