Hi everyone, its 4am and I have woken with the most shocking dose of sinus, I am in so much pain I can hardly hold my head up. Just taken a few pain killers but dont seem to be working. :-1

Kay I do feel for you chuck. I'm lucky, i've never had trouble with my sinuses, I've had migraine a few times in the past, but not many thank goodness. Is there no medicine you can take to relieve this trouble Kay, I don't mean pain reliefs, but specific stuff.

Anyway Kay I do hope you soon get a bit of relief love.

So Leon won the x factor! i was really rooting for him tonighjt i thought he was really good. i have said rhydian has an amazing voice, but i think leond version of the new single was definately the better one.

Carol, Kay, Kaz, Carol hope you had a good evening, Kay I'm very glad your sinus behaved itself after all, Kaz I'm pleased that your Leon won the X Factor, but surprised that Rhydian didn't walk away with it. Although I would imagine that none of the last three would dip out of a recording contract of some sort.

Kathy, thanks for the Skye link. I did see that link some time ago actually - there are some lovely photos of the island. But thank you for the thought.

Peg, thanks for popping in, you are most welcome so please pop in again whenever you are passing this way. I'll put the kettle on and I expect somebody else will be forthcoming with the cakes and bikkies, so we'll just pull up chairs and take the weight off our brains and we can all have a good old gossip !!!

Well Hi to everybody ! I was supposed to go to Stamford today, but I feel so grot this morning, I've been ordered to stay indoors and try to get a nap. Chris and Andy have gone without me, and to be quite honest I couldn't face the car journey and at the moment I'd rather be in my own home. :driving:

p.s. I managed to do a recording, took me several goes, as the message I gave was too long. Found out I had to say what I could in 5 seconds !!

Well I've given up trying to have a kip ! :-5 The phone's been ringing, people knocking on the door trying to sell me double glazing ( he must be blind - he was standing next to a double glazed window, and I was talking by a double glazed front door FFS !). Then somebody trying to sell me religion. Then I'd just nodded off in my chair and a flippin car alarm sounded, right outside our house - drat, I'd got the CCTV sound turned up hadn't I - pratt ! Just now the phone rang again - wrong flippin number ! You get days like that don't you ? With the phone, if it isn't answered by the second ring, our little pooch (German Shepherd ) starts to howl and if he's just taken a deep breath to give it large, you've just got to wait till he's finished (could be anything up to 30 seconds !), before you can utter an utterance and then to be greeted at the other end of the phone by "What the heck was THAT!"

Mind you it does have it's plus points - it puts them off ringing too often :wah:

Anyway I think I'll have a little game in the Arcade, not that I'm addicted you understand

Well you won't believe this. I never managed to get to the Arcade, cos I got another phone call, another knock on the door, so then I decided to catch up on a video recording I'd made a couple of days ago. Then Chris and Andy got back home, now they've taken Rex for his walk ! They're not happy about me taking him, cos they think he could pull me over if he suddenly lunged at a cat (he doesn't like cats:wah:). I can see I'll have to dose up on spinach or something - I keep telling them I'm no weakling ! They don't listen, that's the trouble.
