Just to let you know that Pat had to go back into Hospital today , having some trouble breathing , hopefully it is not to serious

It's been an up and down year for the pair of you. Don't forget to feed yourself properly just because she's not there to check for a while. When in doubt go to the chippie. I hope she's improving soon.

Thank you all , it all got a bit scary this time , we were stuck hal way up the stairs for half an hour Monday night , ( waiting for stair lift to be put in ) Phoned her just now and she is confined to bed and she is not a happy chappie having to use a comode , very independent is my Pat

There is no sign of a clot in the lung but it could be fibrous , also we are waiting for the result of the dreaded Bone marrow test , She does have an infection which is not helping

News today , Pat's Heart is ok and her Leukemia has NOT come back , had a scan on lungs today as they think the problem lies there , she will then be referred to the Respiratory Doctor , no one is panicking just yet , treatment could include Steroids .

Pat is feeling a lot better today

As I read your first post I reflected back to running my husband to the hospital several times for different side affects to chemo & radiation.

Hopefully this can be cleared up & stabilized with steriods/meds.

You make sure to take care of yourself - get some rest - eat..

I hope to hear a good update

Bad day today , they believe Pat is suffering from Chronic Fibrosis of the Lungs , we have been used to having hills put in our way , but someone is having a bloody laugh at us , they have put Mt Everest in front of us , they are going to give her Steroids to help hold it at bay and improve her quality of life
