me to Magenta, I love large breeds, and would take him in a heart beat. And I hope they throw the person responsible for this in jail for a long time.

Jail's too kind for this waste of sperm and egg. You know me, I'm thinking "dull rusty spoon and lighter fluid."

Hey, did anyone notice how they continually referred to the dog as "it?" I did. I think that's telling of our society. Perhaps we'll eventually see the day when animals are referred to as "him" and "her." As long as people think of a dog or cat or whatever as an "it," it takes away he animal's "humanity...? Animality!" I think you know what I mean...?

I noticed that too. It sounded weird to hear some one refer to him like that.

Whenever i talk about my dogs its Him and Her.
The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

I was re-reading the article and this caught my attention.

So far, no one has been charged in the case, said Sgt. Mike Ward, spokesman for the Sheriff's Office.

Why Not! :-2 The dog was buried in a backyard! Surely the homeowners would have noticed if someone entered their backyard with a dog that size and proceeded to bury him. Right?!

Say that it did happen that way. Couldn't they hear him crying? The neighbors did.
