i used to do a bit of thai boxing myself though not in that league but my cousine sam was world class i,m trying to get my son john into it its a great sport with some of the nicest people you would ever meet in fact most mma are the best people my thoughts are that any one who is an a hole would not spend years and years doing the training etc ther is a guy called chin a little asian guy who is 4 feet 10 wieghs about 100 pounds and although he is in his 20 ,s he looks like a school boy but he is a fantastic thai boxer and vale tudo expert he has tied both me and my son john in knots more than a few times and we are both well over 6 foot and over 240 pounds so be warned :sneaky: :sneaky: sometimes size does not matter

Hi Di- it's better now- 163 but that's still a bit high. I will buy batteries for my meter today and see if I get better readings. Thanks for asking! :-4
Jimbo, I think martial arts are very interesting and very cool. I admire the discipline it must take to train and learn. I think you may have a good point with your theory there.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"
