The fact is the 'Circumcision' debate amongst Mainstream AID$ Researchers has been ongoing..for years they've battled amongst themselves making outlandish claims that the "extra Foreskin" resembles a condom and then the opposing Ideas were that "HIV" can hide in the skin however the dissident perspective has been ongoing as well..

one more thing you mentioned "AIDS Transmission" this is a Misnomer because AIDS is a Syndrome or "Collection of OLD Illnesses"..The CDC has changed this definition several times over the years which in the beginning was called "GRID" Gay Related Immune Deficiency which the CDC STILL Maintains to date at their website "Men Who Sleep With Men" rather than 'homosexual'
The WHO,CDC,and NIH use "AIDS" rather losely as a " Surveillance tool" so AIDS is not anything that moves.. HIV is claimed to be the culprit in causing this "Construct" but there is no proof of this anywhere in the world however there have been no Cure,No One Saved,Only Toxic potent Drugs with a Laundry list of deadly side effects(AIDS),Promises~Promises,Hundreds of thousands of Animals killed in Research,170 trillion pumped into this hypothesis and millions of lives are being destroyed and turned upside down. Everything in AIDS Research has failed.. Drug Trials,AIDSVax,The Scientific Misconduct of the co-discoverer of HLTVIII(HIV), because there is no need for a "Cure" for AIDS because they had NEVER found the "Cause".
In 1993 the CDC Changed the 'definition' of AIDS again but with this definition was the so-called CD4 (T Cell) Count anyone with a count of 200 or below was considered an AIDS Patient not Just an "HIV Positive" creating the Illusion and Pandemic over night AIDS Cases expanded almost three times in the USA.
If one were to move to Canada and other Countries they do not reckognize this ' T cell definition' so they would no longer have AIDS..they would just be an HIV Positive although there again is no proof that anyone in the world has HIV.
I want to thank you for being open minded because for most the brainwashed mind is programmed to 'Protect the non existent HIV' at any cost.
