There are several already in Texas. I haven't heard much good bout them, lots of abuse claims.

Actually, the Yuma prison is nothing more than an entrance gate now.

I resent having some other state's convicts in my backyard. AZ has enough of our own. How about CA reopen Alcatraz?! Or fence in a few *golf courses* and make some prisons there for their own losers??!
