What media player do you use
I've only used it for video but I think Real Player does what you want.
What media player do you use
I'd use a specific program for each function - VLC for video, nero for burning CDs, mp3wrap if I want to build an album file, the BBC version of realplayer for internet radio, mp3tag to clean up the artist/album/track details, CDex for ripping. I'm not sure about playing video DVDs or handling podcasts, I've not found anything I like yet.
