Two former employees of the Gorilla Foundation, home to Koko the 'talking ape', foled a $1m lawsuit claiming that they were ordered to bond with the aninal by displaying their breasts.
The claimed wrongful termination of their contracts after they reported health and safety violations. They were told by the manager, that exposing their breasts to KoKo was a normal part of developing a personal bond with the gorilla.
A French dog was said to be electrocuted and its owner treated for shock after it urinated on a lampost which had a loose power cable. News agencies reported how the Argentinian mastiff known as Pako was being walked in Paris when the accident occured.:-2

Thailand's Chiang Mai Zoo has a novel way of dealing with elephant dung. The project manager has built an elephant-sized toilet and is potty-training the animals. A five-year-old names Diew has already mastered the procedure and even flushes after use. Once all the elephants are trained, the zoo hopes to open its Elephant Loo to the public:-2
