Cut propane line!!!!
Cut propane line!!!!
About an hour ago I get a knock on the door. It is the guy who mows our lawn. Apparently, while trimming around the house with his weed whacker, he accidently cut the propane line...that runs from one of the tanks to the house.
He shut off the tanks, and came in to tell me. So I called our propane supplier. All I know is someone will be out "some time today" to repair it. Our lawn guy was really upset, and told me to give him the bill for the repairs.
Luckily it is not winter, so it will not get cold in here. But, please do not be offended by the fact that I have not yet showered!!

They are installing cable lines out front today. I think I was the only lucky one not to get my yard dug up, only my gravel parking space. The neighbors will faint when they come home from work and see their yards.

The guys just got here a few minutes back. So, they are working. My lawn guy gave me an invoice of the work he has done to date, that I had not yet paid for. He said that once I get the bill from this work, to credit off the yard work, and he will pay me any balance.
So, if nothing else, I have gotten my lawn mowed for free this summer...sort of.

They just left. $153. But the lawn guy said he is paying. Free yard work for a while..yay.
Now the most important order of business is to sign off and go take a shower. Rick and I are going out to dinner tonight with my cousin and her husband, so I am glad I have time to get ready.
Bye. I will check back in later.

We went to an Italian place called Basil. I had veal parmesian. The veal was a bit overdone, but still OK.
Rick had meat ravioli with some sort of vodka sauce, and he said it was really good.
We then went to my cousins place for desert and shot the breese for a while.
