i don't believe you, but when it comes to the face, a plastic surgeon is required. the only way to exercise jowls is chewing. :rolleyes:

For the jowls.... stand on your head.. in a corner.. for about an hour, each day.

They will flop up the other way. Or try pushing the jowls under a pair of sun glasses. Or use putty to make the rest of your face the same size as the jowls. Then you will just have BIG FACE.

i started weight watchers a year ago. i am down 60 pounds as of this week and 10 pounds from being at goal! i love the program!







btw-dang, those cheeks are cute!
