Saint's Digital Art!

Post by Saint_ »

Hi everyone! After a very scary bout with bilateral pulmonary embolism (right after my Moderna vaccine...coincidence?) I'm back! I've been teaching myself digital art for the last year or so. Here are the results! (I tend to the surreal!)

This one is from my "Cats in Love" series. I DO NOT use any A.I. to make these pictures. They are done completely by hand, layer by layer, in Pixelmator (Apple's version of Photoshop._

This one is based on a real story from my life. When I was a teen, I was at a cabin near a lake in Northern Montana, actually inside the Arctic Circle. The temperature outside was -50F (-45C) and the lake had frozen mirror smooth. It was a moonless night. I asked some of the other teens with me if they wanted to go skating, but they all chickened out because of the cold. I had the lake all to myself. I stayed out for over 45 minutes, but finally had to come in because of frostbite. It was magical! The skating..the frostbite not so much...)
