So when I was last posting here I had Oscar (border collie) Benny ( beagle ) and Remy (the cross JRT)
Oscar died in oct 2012 Remy suddenly on aug 28 2015 most like from a stroke and Benny follwed on June 10th 2016 from old age, he was 15 and enjoyed life right to the last.
But there we were dogless and alone. We tried doing thing that people without dogs do, we went on days out, went to the cinema, out for lunch, to galleries and such but ech time we came home to an empty house it was like a smack in the face..
Finally OH cracked and told me to find another dog. We talked about it and decided to do something we have never done before we would buy a puppy of our choosing a fresh new pup.. And we found Murphy hes a Staby hound ( stabijhoun) he came home fully house trained and answering to his name at 8 weeks old.. Amazing , dont worry its been all down hill since. He is a nervous dog who doesnt like loud noises or strangers or children or prams or plasic bags , but he doesnt chase wildlife or flinch at guns or mind being groomed..
When Murphy was two we thought maybe having another dog around would be good for him and so we adopted George who is a beagle sold to an elderly couple who had no idea what thy were getting , he big for a beagle and strong as an ox , they did no training with him so he barked at everything to get attention he chased everything and he ate everything.
But he nd Murphy clicked right away it was an instant bro-mance..
So here we are with two mad dogs and a demented parrot..
