Now I love all animals including cats, but i gotta tell ya.............there's this one cat named Spencer who I'd like to shoot to the moon.................................
He has just successfully ruined another day of my life. My girlfriend just dropped off a bag of children's clothes I had loaned her. I have always been allergic to cats but not to the degree that I am with Spencer. If I even go into their house for 3 mins. I have a severe reaction, sneezing/eyes watering/cold symptoms for 2 days. It is SEVERE. So just going through the clothes today at my OWN house, has set me off!!!! I am sorry but I hate that cat!!!!!! I know...it's mean to say, but I can't take medicine because the only stuff that works on me is Benydryl and I can't take that unless my husband is around and can care for the kids as it makes my get really loopy/slurr my words......he won't be home til midnite. UGH
I HATE CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not really).

Allergy
Spencer needs a human allergy shampoo - and yes they do make them. He also needs a teaspoon of safflower oil on his food everyday to keep the dander down. OH BTW they make bathing socks for cats who do not like water.

There are some that don't make you drowsy, I can get them here but I don't know what they would be called in England.

When my mum was visiting last year got a few mozzy bites and went to the chemist for antihistamines, well she slept for four days solid and I was getting so worried that I wanted to get the doc out to see her, until I found out she was taking 3 tablets a day. She still insists to this day that the chemist told her to take three a day. :wah:

I think some brands can make some people drowzy, but the ones that my doctor prescribes knock you out! I would love to sleep for days, but who would look after the kids?? :wah:
