I'm not entirely convinced that Cousin neanderthaler was the lesser of the two.

We Sapiens assume we were the smarter of the two, and since we are the only ones here, of course, who is gonna argue.

History is always written by the victors.

On the other hand, the perceived life of the Neanderthal was one of wandering about, hunting and fishing, while the women minded the kids and kept the camp clean.

No traffic, no rush hour, no pollution, no jails, no crime, no war.

And we think we are the smart ones.
