My boy Leland is anyway. I did some testing with him
the other day, passed with flying colors:
And (the curtain liner eventually went around all four legs, his
head, everything):
The best horse EVER!
The best horse EVER!
Wow. That is a mellow horse.

I thought racehorses had a tendency to be feisty but, as Lars Mac said, he's really mellow - more of a pet.

I believe he is more of a trail rider than a racer.
A right handsome fellow, he is. And he seems to have a "been there, Done that" attitude. Probably be great with kids.

Ha-ha Four, have you ever heard of the racehorse California Chrome? We tease that Leland is a mini me of that horse.
Lars has got it right, primarily a trail riding horse, and an excellent one at that, too. We did a 6 hour high country (8,500ft.)
ride on Saturday. Beautiful.
Lars, any kids he's been around (parade watchers, etc.) just LOVE him. A friend of mine does work with disadvantaged
kids at a camp every summer, she has already hinted at me loaning him for next summer. I'm considering it!
