Did you know, some people have an in-built alarm clock, allowing them to wake at a specific time.

I am one of those people, Unfortunately, I read it is caused by a stress hormone!

Same here, never use alarm clocks. I always know what time it is when I wake up even if its in the middle of the night. I think its because I'm a bad sleeper. Unless i drink too much I tend to take forever to fall asleep then wake up every hour or so.

Every Monday/Tuesday & Wednesday I wake up all by myself at 5:59 am because Howard Stern's show begins Live on Sirius radio at exactly 6 am. My subconscious alarm clock is set. Even if I doze off listening I still wake up at 5:59 am. I love Howard.

We do set our alarm clock on work days, but usually we are usually semi-awake before it goes off. We have a clock-radio, and I set the alarm on a country music station, not the ringer.

Yeah it's true.

My body clock is always 7am, no matter how wakeful i am.
