Drupal - How to build Multilanguage View?

I want to build multilanguage view.

so，I add a view and filter with language to show en or zh-hant language article.

but there are some problem .

1.IN the pageheader of view，how can I set it to multilanguage ?

2.Is it possible to show different page by switch lanugage options? how?

Drupal 7 had some improvements for translation capabilities namely Content translation and entity translation. Try checking about these.
