Does everything revolve around sex?

If sex is always in our minds its because we have in our blood an abundance of sexual hormones namely; testosterone ( in males ) & estrogen ( in females ). They are responsible for making us horny. & the result, if we can`t control this urge to copulate, the chances of being accused of sexual harassment, rape, acts of lasciviousness, is not far fetch.

That`s why our community has agreed to establish places where Satan ( devil with horns ) & his kind are allowed to convene, unwind & if possible release the by-product of these horns ( semen). In other words, if we want to control Satan ( devil with horns ), I suggest that we stay in the convent, ashram, seminary or any place where they teach you the techniques ( kriya & bhakti ) of controlling one`s urge & desire to copulate.

The vow of celibacy observed by Catholic priests, brahmans & nuns is a way of checking Satan`s ( devil with horns ) uncontrollable longing ( lust ) for sexual union with the opposite or same sex. Other wise we are no better than cats & dogs.

Umm I think you'll find that estrogen is not a sexual hormone it is a reproductive hormone. Testostrone effects women just as much as men as a sexual hormone (or sexual drive hormone).

And what happens behind the vatican doors ....stays behind the vatican doors.

It is said that the largest sex organ recorded from a man was not his penis but his head. So, why whack the sexual thing that`s located below when you should have whacked the sexual thing ( mind ) that is located above.

What if it`s the other way around? If men were only sexier than women there would have been lots of rape cases filed by men against women and men. :wah:

Ostensibly, what you say actually has merit; in the same sense that one who has a problem--let's say--with an uncontrollable urge to kill their self should check in to a mental hospital; or one who has an unnatural desire to have sex with children (like a priest for example) should seek psychiatric help; or one that has a problem with addictions, like alcohol or gambling, should seek some kind of mental/emotional therapy.

But your suggestion that one might consider the seminary or convent to control unhealthy sexual urges renders "the calling" a pretty cheap affair, don't you think? And as far as Catholic priests--among others--taking a vow of celibacy, I have no problem with that. If that one believes that they may achieve a higher state of spiritual purity perhaps, then let it be their choice, I say. This would be especially helpful to the thousands of children that have been raped by those priests whose uncontrollable urges have done so little to check "Satan's horns," as you so aptly refer to the male sex drive.
