Any thoughts on Joomla!? It's getting close to the time for me to renew whatever domain names I'm going to keep and I'm not sure whether or not to just park it or go with a web hosting company again. I'm currently with Hostmonster but I think I might like Joomla!.

Recommendations and criticisms are welcomed, please.

I've not tried it but it looks interesting. If you go with it please let us know what you think of it.

cloudaccess.net is the hosting service they've partnered with. Cloudaccess looks very good.

A worthy cause but I'd have to be sure the service was good before I'd invest in it.

I've put demonstration material together in both Joomla and Drupal and of the two I'd tend to pick the latter if I were building from scratch. Both are excellent mature environments. If you've got a source of content and you want to manage it and make a good-looking home for it then either is a great place to develop.

Do you think the hosting is worth the money? I like their approach.

Do you think Joomla! is good for my daughter who is learning coding to develop?
