I never really enjoyed that. The whole "Snooze mixes up a vodka tonic for Accountable and then poses sexily on top of the bar" thing kind of annoys me.

Oh man, I forgot about that! I had drawn a mouse face on my boob, right? It was pretty cute, if I remember correctly.

Getting much needed support when I needed it most, almost six years ago now.

It's funny but it took Theia going to America for us to talk to one another properly only to find out that when in England she lived twenty minutes away :wah: Upon her return we met up and our friendship is one of the best, I even kidnapped her away to the London meet, boy can that woman giggle, kept me awake all night she did!!

Lon's thread on Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago had me wetting myself with laughter.

I miss Nomad and Minks, I can remember sitting in my flat and laughing my socks off at the stuff we got up to in Bothwell's :yh_rotfl

But, Betty, it was all the clothes we took with us...for a two night stay :wah:

We were both pretending to be travelling light and then, we started listing (truthfully) what we had actually packed...the list went on and on and on...we kept admitting to yet another item of clothing. We could have dressed the population of Cornwall for a month!

And then the uncontrollable giggling began :yh_rotfl

Those were the days, eh?

My favorite memories are of all the laughing I used to do. That felt

so good.

I'm very happy I still have a lot of people I met here in my life. Some

dear friends.

Capt. Buzzard was one who could be fun, for an old geezer. (If

that's what he was!!)

For me it has to be the big London meet-up.

OK, I only attended the fringe events but it defined what the Garden is about.

I miss FOC that is the first place I remember going when I came here, and they were all so nice to me the little naive newbie. :) I also miss a lot of the people that I made friends with back then who don't come here anymore.
