Granted! Your meatballs are no longer on top of your spaghetti. They've rolled onto the floor and out of the door. If you choose to chase your meatballs, you'll get some exercise before eating your spaghetti, and you will be more hungry. If you don't worry about getting them, your stomach is still going to be less full. Either way, your problem's solved
