Las Vegas. I've just come from a week there, where I had breakfast in New York, lunch in Venice and dinner in Paris. :) Seriously, my favorite city may be Florence, Rome or Venice.

Las Vegas... gosh yes what a great place.

hmmmmmm I think my all time fave city so far is either Venice or Victoria B.C.

I don't have any favourite cities really, as I prefer the peace of the countryside. Cities, to me, these days particularly at night, are full of intimidating young drunks who think a good time is to get blathered and pick a fight with somebody ! Deep joy ! Sorry not for me. It is happening in the day time as well as at night, now.

Mainz is my favorite city, so far.

I spent quite a bit of time there, doing some contract work with IBM.

People are friendly, and there are some delightful road trips, by bike or car. plus a train or boat can take you up or down the river for some great day-trips.

Skip Niagara Falls NY. The Canadian side as well. I left there in 1996 and it was in a downward spiral then. I've heard they survive mostly on Casinos now. When I was a kid in the 70's and 80's it still had some nature feel to it. Watch the Falls on YouTube if you're ever thinking of going there.

I agree with you Lon, there is maybe city better than Wanaka..

but the reason i like is that it's quiet city and has good people as well.

and i said it's the best in my opinion :)

I have recently came back from Turkey and I loved that city, It's best for the family holidays. Specially the yacht experience and food is just unforgettable.
