Super Bowl Plans

What's everyone doing for Super Bowl? Think I'm going to a small get together at my sister's house. Not really that into watching the game. Not into sports. I always think the commercials are fun though. Has anybody heard anything about what to expect this year? I did get to see one already. I actually work with [removed] so we got to preview this years commercial. I have a link to it if anybody else wants a sneak peek - [link removed]

Well, I'm going to host the party this year. (I traditionally go over to another friend's but he's out of town this year.)

We'll be inviting about four other couples. The highlight of having it at my house is that I check out a school HD projector for the weekend, put up a sheet, and project the game on the wall TEN FEET TALL!(and about a 15 foot diagonal! It makes the players as big as life!) I'll wire up the surround sound and make sure that the electronics are all set, so it'll be a VERY BIG media experience.

The other highlight is, of course, my wife's cooking! She is literally good enough to be on one of those cooking shows on the Cooking Networks. Should be a great party!:guitarist

Everyones coming ot my house for Gumbo, jambalaya and drinks. Don't call me at work next Monday.

I'm having Gumbo as well. Lots of cajun food for 6 of the members of my football pool. We'll be talking on the phone with some of the others in Louisiana, I 'spect.

Hubby and i are going to our church for a super bowl party. I live in the middle Of WHO DAT land and i am rooting for the Colts. I am NOT a football fan in any shape or form. But being born a Hoosier. I will try to Cheer when i think the colts are winning:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl. I really have no clue about the game.

but there will be good fellowship there and GOOD EATS:wah::wah:

I've watched a couple Super Bowls in Las Vegas and they were fun!
