I put it in the recipes forum, but it says it's a "sticky" What's that? Did I do something wrong?

Anyway, I love casseroles and chicken dishes especially. There are some good recipes in there.

I consider texmex to be Taco Bell...not pleasing. We have an authentic Mexican restaurant around the corner from us...forget the name, but it got 4 out of 4 stars in a major newspaper article not long ago. The host also sings to the guests...I've had their food a couple of times...yum is the only word to describe it...hot & spicy.:-4

Shoe in Spanish is zapata. Was that the name of the restaurant?:-6

We have wonderful Mexican food here and I went to my favorite place for lunch today-Antojitos. It's a Mama & Papa & cousins, sisters & brothers, grandma, etc., type place. I'd asked the Mama a couple of months ago if they sold tee shirts. She told me "Maybe, someday." Today she came over to our table, hugged me and handed me their first tee, complimentary. I asked her how much, but she wouldn't let me pay for it. Her daughter(our waitress) got a big tip. My daughter couldn't believe that she'd remembered.

Their english is limited. But the small town i live in it is a big hit.:)

Milk and egg allergy as a kid. He and the others grew up believing that white bread rolls with jam were cake..

When he did eat cake all that dairy made him sick so... no cake thanks.

Eggplant parmegianna with a big salad. those cabbage rolls sound yummy. think I'll make that tomorrow and use oatmeal for a filler, instead of bread crumbs.

I get an extra fillet and steam it for the dogs, they love it.

My dog loves just about anything we eat including a Sunday Roast.

Apparently someone told me, the best way to train a dog is with little bits of cheese as they love it and will do anything for it. Wish i knew that when he were a puppy. lol

No, actually there is a sign posted saying, "Positively no photography or video cameras allowed due to the close proximity to and/or patronage of convicted felons." Seems it's a violation of their parolee rights or something.

I just love chicken soup on a rainy day (or any day for that matter) and we got 37 raindrops which all fell on my newly washed vehicle, so I made a big pot. I loaded it up with red potatoes, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, onions, some whole wheat spaghetti, broken into bits and lots of chicken (from a rotisserie chicken from the deli). I'll sprinkle some cheese on it and have a slice of heavy dark bread with it. Fresh peaches for dessert and a small bowl of yoghurt.

What is the actual "tapioca" part ?

On a footnote if I found myself in Singapore looking for a hooker Id want her name to be Tapioca.
