You can post a bigger "click to enlarge" pic by thumbnail if you make it an attachment.

Click on Add Post

Scroll down and click Manage Attachments

New window pops up - click Browse

Select file - click Open - click Upload

and

"Instant" big pics like above can only be done by url link to images, to my knowledge!
