Reminds me of the good old days at the Fillmore.

OK...I'm old. We've established that. I'd like to enlarge that image, get some crayons, gather some herbs, turn on Jefferson Airplane & COLORRRRRRRRR!

Obove all, Mom said said lots of things about my head, I believe one of them was to keep it squared straight on my shoulders, and tryto keep up with if I lost it, and God forbid, I should never blow it!

I hate trying to learn and navigate a new forum. Anything new always feels like someone is talking to you in a different language. You're lost. I should figure out where all the giggie gadgets are before long.

Chris, I would like to say that that picture is mine, but no: I found it on webshot.com

Anyway, it should be a landscape of "lago Maggiore" in Italy.

Do you know?

How should I put a pic without the link? I mean, a pic immediately shown in the msg..

thanks

Ah no I have never heard of that place in Italy, but it looks beautiful!

To answer your question, I'm sure there is an easier way, but to put in a pic I do this:

When posting a message, go down the page until you find the 'manage attachments' box. Simply click this and then add the address or whatever of your picture and then when you send your message, it should appear.

Hope that helps a bit! :)

CC, Chris

The easiest way to get a picture into a post without hotlinking is to get the properties of the picture, click on the little yellow square that looks like it has mountains, a dialogue box (sort of) comes up and you paste your URL there and voila picture as is and within the rules, by the rules.

Sometimes, if the URL is too long, it doesn't work so I usually find the same picture in another place with a shorter URL.

Maybe you knew that but I didn't until a couple days ago.:guitarist

If you are still here, you need to click for the drop down box and click on manage attachments and the dialogue box comes up again for you to click to delete attachment. You need to delete the first attachment you put in and then put in the new attachment. I hope this helps

This is just a test. Yeah, it works. :D

Hmnnn... I love Germany! Well, it seems you got the hang of it, Karensvineyard. Perhaps a new FAQ is needed for future members who may have difficulty posting thumbs?
