He clearly had a great time making this wonderful chocolate train and I admire his patience to create such detail. Belgian chocolate is delicious!

Tabby

you seem to be into cooking - baking etc.

do you ever watch the cooking channels on TV ?

I think you'd enjoy them - I watch alot of them

Satellite channel - 23l - 232

if you don't have satelite - they're called cooking channel - food channel.

I enjoy watching the competition chopped & a few others.

Sometimes I catch the cooking shows that PBS airs on Saturday afternoons and they can be mesmerizing! I love the one with Lydia that focuses on the Italian/American food culture. That woman loves her job! :yh_party

There's one for Mexican food also and last week they had a quick blurb on fried grasshoppers. :yh_sick Most of the other recipes sound good though!

There's another one that I like but I can't think of the name of it ... it will come to me at some point today when I'm trying to do something else, that's always the way it works!
