Dash of coriander, dash of cumin, dash of ginger, bit of clove, a bit of cardamom mixed with 4 oz. of lime spread evenly on a bed of polenta and then oven baked at 325 F. for 55.5 min. Remove from oven and throw away because you have created one hell of a bad tasting mess.:)

I know that your oil has to be hot before you put the chicken into it. And not to cook too many pieces at one time.
