Peanut Butter Striped Delight for Dessert

This is sOO tasty!!! i had to share it







35 OREO Cookies

6 Tbsp. butter, melted

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

3 cups plus 2 Tbsp. cold milk, divided

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1/3 cup peanut butter



PLACE cookies in food processor; process until fine crumbs form. Transfer to medium bowl. Add butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in separate bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add 1-1/4 cups of the whipped topping; mix well. Spread over crust.

POUR remaining 3 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Add peanut butter; mix well. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Top with remaining whipped topping; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours before cutting into pieces to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

However, I think many folks are still avoiding using peanut butter with the current salmenilla outbreak.

I just use store brands. It's a lot cheaper and you can't tell the difference, especially with the way I cook...:wah:

when I make my famous cheery cheescake, I use three times the amount for the graham cracker crust.......then I add another half of the cream cheese.

Glad you guys liked it theres a lot more on the site...and they just introduced the Entertaining Recipe Widget that helps you plan for your get together by having you select the event youre planning and giving you suggested recipes to serve.

LOL guys i never stopped eating peanut butter either and I'm still alive haha thank god...but sorry they removed the site from my post but just Google it like Odie said and the site will pop up...theres also a fun cheese cake recipe planner which lets you create your own personalized Cheesecake and then gives you instructions on how to make it.
