The attached is my all time favorite for Chili Con Carne. I am having it for dinner tonight as a matter of fact.

I have one friend gave me the other night. Its really different but oh so good!

1lb ground beef

3 chicken breast cooked and chopped

4 cans diced tomatoes

3 cans kidney beans

1 can small red beans

3 jalepenos diced

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

4 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

dash of cumin

Cook for 3 hours...soooooo good!

we do the usual but hubby also adds 4 different kinds of hot peppers, way to hot for me!............and 2 kinds of hot sauces, if anyone needs the names of them, I can ask him.
Life is just to short for drama.

My chili recipe is simply.........ground beef, cubed tomatoes, light kidney beans, dark kidney beans, pinto beans and mild chili seasoning. Yummy!:)

That's chili for sissies. You need it hotter and spicier something that will set fire to the innards for days on end. Hot enough to sizzle the dura of the brain and leave a lasting memory of good eating as we eliminate.:wah:

oh gosh, thats what hubby does.......while I watch the tears stroll down from his eyes!

:wah: I do indeed consume "chili for sissies". But the resulting flatulance is not. :D
