There are some great cooking and kitchen time saving tips in the [Self Promotion Link Deleted]! Was wondering if anyone here could share any special tips that could help the rest of us out? I know I could use some! Anyone else here using any of the [Self Promotion Link Deleted] tips?

quick pasta sauce

grated cheese of your choice

creme freche

boil pasta, drain once cooked add enough creme freche to make a sauce, add grated cheese and stir it in, the hot pasta will melt the cheeze, you could if you wanted place it back on the hob for a few seconds.

Of course you dont have to just have plain cheezy pasta, you could add veg ect.

For those who like to use good quality stock in their sauces / soups, once made, freeze it in batches. Has very little effect on the flavour :)

Wow --- what a waste of energy, besides, my oven will preheat to 450 degrees in less than 5 minutes.
