Ok, I haven't tried this YET but you have to admit it's creative!

In short, it's using cocoa and other basic ingredients to make a chocolate cake in a coffee cup with the microwave.

Hey that sounds creative! I'd like to try that for fun sometime :D

There's also a quick & easy layered dessert that only takes 10 minutes and serves up to 15 people on creamcheese.com, check it out:

2 cups cold milk

1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding

1 pkg. (10.5 oz.) pound cake, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed, divided

POUR milk into bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

ARRANGE half of the cake cubes in 3-quart serving bowl. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the chocolate syrup. Layer with 1 cup of the pudding and 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Repeat layers ending with whipped topping.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Kaylene, Cool Whip is a sweet whipped cream dessert topping that comes in a round tub. You put it on pie, cake, ice cream., stuff like that.

Queen of Hearts, thank you for the recipe. I'm going to try that this week. :)

You're welcome Kaylene! I'd offer to send you some but it's a frozen product and would spoil on its way to you. :(
