That was a real treat, I should imagine your treat went down well! Surprised at you Lon, the nutritional value appears to be non existent with that species

It's 9 P.M. and my teckie guy has finally left. He arrived at 5 P.M. and fixed all of my computer problems and lectured me about religion....:wah: He's so wacky, and I finally kicked him out.

So, I haven't eaten anything since lunch, and only had time for a snack. I'm starving but can't get up to make anything to eat:-2.....sorry....vent over.

Think I'll go to my fav Irish pub tomorrow after work and have some good pub grub:p

Went for a walk, and found a place called "Casey's" and decided to give it a try.

At first glance, it looked like just any old sports bar in anytown, USA, but

first thing, at the bar, I spotted Abbey Leffe Bruin on tap. A Great Belgian beer that I can never find in the States.

I started with a glass, and the ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup.

Great. Just like my grandma made it.

Then an appetizer they called Pecan lollipops.

Chicken breast meat breaded and lightly fried, and server with a pecan-brandy dipping sauce.

Finished with a nice Apple Mary desert, made to order, with apples, pecans and bread crumbs, and served with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup.

Nice place, this Casey's.
