Africa

Following on from Polycarp's thread on Africa one of my favorite books on 'the mysterious continent' is "Cry, The Beloved Country" by Alan Paton.

Although published first back in 1948 it has lost none of its charm throghout the years.

For anyone interested in the interreaction between Black and White in South Africa it is a 'must-read'.
