Infidel : My life.

I read Infidel a few months ago, Magenta. It was given to me by my physician friend who is very involved with social issues. It would not have been anything I would have chosen myself, and I am so glad she gave it to me. Who would have ever imagined, the lives these women lead, or that the rituals described, still go on today. What an incredibly brave woman the author is. She makes me feel ashamed that I have accomplished, or achieved so little in my life. Great book, I reccommend it often.
