swine flu

Post by minks »

I have been advised to get tested for the swine flu. Well both myself and Jr Minks.

This comes on the heels of my friend getting quite ill after seeing me 4 days after my return from holidays. His Dr said due to our (jr minks and I) being sick, and our OS travel we should be tested. I called my dr's office and they advised we get checked out as well.

Sadly upon our return to home, both Jr Minks and I have fallen ill with flu and cold like symptoms.

Better safe than sorry.

Eeuugghh oh no poor you! They're not testing here any more, I had what was believed to be swine flu recently and was not advised to get checked at all. Just told us to sit it out, unless of course there were any underlying illnesses that could cause a problem. Wiped me out for over two weeks, still recovering and building up my energy now.

It's not at all nice and I hope you get better quick, even better will keep my fingers crossed it's not swine flu for you! :-4

thanks all, yes boops that is what I believe too, I am a wait it out kind of person, apparently the concern with Jr Minks and I is our recent travel, and the combo cold and flu like symptoms and that I potentially made some one else sick quite quickly hmmmmm someone can now say Minks makes me sick ahahahahaha

Same thing happened to me after I went on a holiday.

Had all the tests nothing come of it ,just rest & fluids.

Hope all is well soon.

The authorities are really pushing that we all get immunised here atm they seem to think the flu will be back with a vengence.:-3

Being me..........I think they have an oversupply & want to justify their spending spree;):yh_rotfl

Get well soon. :-6

Good news, not the H1N1 flu.

Not so good news, it is ecoli... and given the fact we just travelled we were uber exposed to it from all kinds of places.

More good news, it's not terrible, just uncomfortable.
