Diabetes during the holidays.

Post by KB. »

I've started writing a few articles here and there for Associated Content. It is an online magazine of sorts. Ezine if you will. They pay up-front based on "clout" level and they also pay per page view. I believe it is $1.50 per 1,000 views. I ain't getting rich by any means, especially starting out. Check out the article and please rate it but be honest. The more page views I get and the better my "clout" level the more money I stand to make. It may not be grand stories of my vagabond ways and crazy women but it is still writing and I love to do it.

This article is about the diabetes during the holidays (I'm a 23 year diabetic, insulin dependent) and I'm also going to post one about Blu-Ray movies for 2008.

The money is a perk basically. I'm working on building a source of material that a few local newspapers have asked for. I want this to be my last in holidays for retail if possible.

The cake recipe sounds very interesting. I just might try it.

dlife.com is not a site I know of and I shall check it out also.

Since I got two things to pursue from your article, I would rate this article as good.

If you are making the cake w/o sugar due to diabetes then don't use Splenda. It has the same basic effect on the body of a diabetic as sugar does. When Diet Mt. Dew switched to splenda it broke my heart and nearly killed me.

OMG.....I had no idea, my SIL uses it, not for diabetics, just to cut back with sugar, as everything has so much of it!:-5
