summer swellin's

Hot weather is here and my ankles are swelling up. Its worse at work as Im sat on my butt all day at a desk, only get up to pee,drink,fax and retrieve off a printer...you get the drift..

Today, I walked the dog for about an hour and a half then went clothes shopping then cleaned the house and now I can feel my ankles swelling. I didnt sit down that much, maybe an hour all told at the pc. I know I dont drink much, infact I had one coffee at 7am then nothing till now, I am drinking a large glass of juice/water..

Is it all down to my lack of fluids or is it genes/weight/time of year also...

P.s. I always manage at least one bottle of fosters twist each night:D
