This might sound vague, inept and slightly retarded but why change now ?
I cant find a diagram to show because I dont know the name of the thing I need.
Its a VW Jetta lV 4cyl.
Its the thing that the oil filter screws into. It has a couple of hoses coming out of it. Its right behind the radiator and the dual fans. Anyone have a clue ?

Seriously Nomie, that's all I could think of too. The word you're looking for is engine.
If the Jetta's really peculiar, take your camera to it and show us the gory detail.

It's probably an oil filter adapter. The hoses are for running the oil through the radiator making it an oil cooler.

If it is leaking it could be one of the lines. I see those lines leak all the time. If it is coming from the adapter it might just need new "O" rings installed.

Daft bugger that's the air freshener cartridge, it's meant to have a slow drip. That's oil of lemon, not car oil!
