Government tried to cut down?

Most people say aids is from monkey but I havn't heard any official source's state that. So could the government have been behind the disease? Found an interesting article on it. What do you guys think?

Your logic escapes me.

Why should the ?fact? that the government have not officially endorsed the medical theory of the origin of AIDS suggest that they deliberately created it?
