Conflict Kitchen

Post by tude dog »

It was from a favorite Saturday morning radio show of mine WAIT, WAIT, ,DON'T TELL ME learned of the Conflict Kitchen.

It is an interesting concept, which I am unsure about the owners as far as to what the point is. That doesn't matter

What intrigue me is the idea of a restaurant where periodically the cuisine changes from one culture to another. Tell ya the truth, don't see any profit in that unless they pick up an angle like the

It is an interesting concept.

I am surprised nobody in Boulder has picked up on the idea.

From the article

Ideally, I’d like to move to more of a Chinese economic system, where they have socialism but still have the idea of an open market.

What's wrong with liberal democracy? That combines an open market capitalist system with elements of what we now call socialism. Adam smith inspired socialist as much as he did capitalists and actually suggested some things are too important tio be left to the market place, like education fir instance.

Th3 thing about cuba is what will happen to all the property seized when castro took over. Will american companioes demand it back and dispossess all the farmers again do you think?
