A New Mexico man is alleging abuse after authorities conducted three enemas, a colonoscopy, an X-ray and several cavity searches on him simply because he appeared to clench his buttocks.

They refused at one hospital so they traipsed to another that would.........you couldn't make it up.

Seriously what conviction does the Police Officers have to still believe after the first search that they will find something?

What sort of attitude did the man being searched show to allow all those involved to be convinced of success........eventually?

That's straight out harassment, the cops already knew they wouldn't find anything. YZGI's right, it's turning into a police state over here. There's a local news story about someone calling 911 (emergency) to report their neighbor late on a Saturday night as possibly getting violent. The cops showed up, no one answered the door and all was quiet so these geniuses called in the SWAT team who broke down the door and... found nothing wrong.
