A seventeen year old got a high school assignment to make a video

reproduction. He chose history as a theme and tucked it all into two minutes.

Nice. But I'm not looking forward to that last chapter.

I'm afraid to say that the young man has got it about right - he has good talent and I hope he goes far. Yes, it was sick, but then humans have made this earth what it is through their bickering, greed and violence. He is probably quite right about the ending as well ! A very thought-provoking 2 minutes ! Thanks Lady J for finding this and posting it for us.

The guy's a genius both for choosing the subject and the approach but also for the choice of pictures to carry it off.

I'm glad to share and happy everyone found it as awesome as I did!

I did a little research and it was done last year...

"19-year-old high school film student, Joe Bush gathered hundreds of images from around the internet and created ‘Our Story In 2 Minutes’. A video which travels through time highlighting Earth’s events in chronological order. Joe uploaded the video back in May and it has been seen over 1.4 million times."

I wish him the best of success!

I read it as 'sick' so maybe somebody slipped an 'L' in there after my post, or probably my glasses slipped at the wrong moment ! Oh, hang on.......... I don't wear glasses  :-5 In any case I shall leave my post as I wrote it, ( and apologise to tude dog for misreading the post ) - because what the young man used as subject matter for his remarkable video was, in parts, sick but it depicted what the human race has done and is continuing to do to each other and to the earth !

The video is also very SLICK ! ;) :p :)

Thanks Anne for your posts in support ! :D :-6
