Finally!

I haven't enjoyed a comedy this much since Zoolander.

Unfortunately they're making a sequel, which is what brought about the fact that I'd never seen the original, hence the seeing of it. So, that's probably the best thing that'll come of part 2. But... OMG the original is practically flawless... except for the taser scene.

Zoolander should, I feel, be taught in primary schools. Primary schools should show two films a week by law, and Zoolander should be high on the list of those shown on the grounds that it packs so many messages about life into a hundred minutes while offering ideal role models for the young mind to assimilate.

Hangover on the other hand, of which I know no more than the title, may prove unsuitable.

Hangover had me laughing out loud. I'm looking forward to see the next one that comes out this month. The group of actors have pretty good timing for comedy. :)

The Hangover was one of the very few comedies that I actually found funny, which I can't say very often as most comedies are lucky to get a smile out of me. Another movie that had me cracking up was the quite cringeworthy Zack and Miri Make a Porno, despite what it was about I found it hilarious. I'm looking forward to The Hangover 2 as well.

I've never quite come to grips with what's comic and what's serious. A saw a film a couple of years ago about Israeli-Palestinian relations set, I think, in New York, which much impressed me as satirical comment. It was disconcerting to hear people laugh during the performance.

The best of "Mr Chow"... minus "you throw me in trunk saying 'he my lucky charms!'"
