Has anyone ever seen this film? Its one of my favorites. Its by Republic Pictures. It stars REese Witherspoon, Amanda PLummer, Kiefer Sutherlin, Brooke Sheilds?

He was a sicko serial killer. I love it when she is hitting him with the gun! My favorite line is when she says "and thats for cuttin off all my hair you fu%#er!" and then smacks him with the gun!
